Frequently Asked Questions
I’m new to yoga, what class should I take?
First off, welcome! Each of our classes are open to all levels. We recommend trying our Radiant Flow, Slow Burn Flow, and Radiant Reset (Restorative) to ease in at your own pace. No matter what class you start with, our amazing teachers are here to support you with options and encouragement every step of the way.
Is your studio heated?
Our studio is not-heated, but it does have lots of natural light which may make things a little toastier on those Sunny Atlanta days.
Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
We encourage pre-registration through our website or the Mindbody app. Without signing up ahead of time, we cannot guarantee a space will be available.
What do I need to bring?
Bring water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We have mats and props available to borrow free of charge, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Depending on the class, you may want to also bring a sweat towel. We have some available to rent for $1 if needed. We also have full mat towel rentals for $5.

What are your hours?
We’re open for classes 7 days a week. Check out our schedule page for current class times.
Is there parking?
Yes! There are free parking spots available at our location. There is also free parking along the left side of Main street in 3 hour increments. Additionally, there is a CVS parking lot behind our building and CVS has granted our students permission to park in the back row of this lot. It will be the row closest to our white brick building.
What is your class cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen—we ask that you please try to cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. We only charge for late cancellations inside of that 2 hour window if the class ends up being completely full. Classpass cancellations adhere to the cancellation policies of Classpass and are not controlled by Radiant Flow Yoga.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your mini-membership or monthly unlimited membership after the initial 3 months, we require 30 days advance notice via email. Please email Jane@radiantflowyoga-atlanta.com. Our annual memberships cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 10% discount to all active & non-active Military, as well as teachers & students. We offer this same discount if you are an employee of the city of East Point, Hapeville or College Park. This discount cannot be used with other promotional offers, including our new student introduction offer.
What if I don’t use my class pack within the expiration time?
If for some reason you do not use your class pack classes within the expiration date, you can roll them over with the purchase of a new class pack only.
Do you offer classes via classpass?
Yes. We offer a limited number of spots in our classes for classpass members.
When do doors open for class?
Our doors open fifteen minutes before class time.
What if I’m late?
We start class once everyone who is signed up has arrived. We hold the door for a maximum of four minutes after the class start time. We are unable to extend this grace period any longer out of respect for our students.
